First time we are renting the house trough the management company. It’s so easy and stress free. So far we’re so happy with this deal. Everything is taking care of. Rimoun as a property manager is very professional, kind and helpful. He always understands our needs and quickly takes care of any issues. We had an emergency call on the holiday weekend, he responded fast and leaving all his plans behind he came himself and called for the plumber to solve our problem. Rimoun was very responsive when I called about a potential water leak. The water was trapped in between the tile and the concrete flooring. He immediately scheduled for a maintenance company to look at the issue. It was determined that the toilet seal was rusted and corroded, which caused water the damage. The repair was completed within a week. This included removing the tile, drying the floor with an industrial fan and placing new tile. This all happened over a holiday weekend. This was excellent

Rimoun did a wonderful job as a property manager. Prompt response for any issues, that he took care of. As well as, very courteous when scheduling showings. Received our deposit back promptly (within state law guidelines). Had no issues with moving in (that he couldn’t resolve), while living there, or when moving out and getting deposit.

We have had a great experience so far as renters with Singleton Property Management! Any issues with the property are handled swiftly. Communication is great and we are treated with kindness and respect. We’ve had bad experiences with landlords in the past and it’s great to have one that makes you comfortable and want to keep renting at that property.

I've had the pleasure of leasing this property for 6 month midway through the pandemic of 2020. The landlord is a very professional individual who provided me with a private, clean, and reasonably priced residency. I am renewing the lease for these reasons. I work a government job from home and this residency has provided me with my own Telcom service. I would recommend Remon and this lease property in the highest degree.

They have made owning investment homes stress free for me . After using 2 other companies in the last year . I hired singleton and it has been a total 180 from prior companies. I am no longer worried about something bad happening at the house or not having renters . Singleton is a huge stress relief.

Singleton is a great local Property Managenent company. The owner and his staff are very efficient, professional and courteous. I’ve been using their services for all my rental properties in the DC Metro area for the past couple of years and it’s been an absolute peace of mind.
