First time we are renting the house trough the management company. It’s so easy and stress free. So far we’re so happy with this deal. Everything is taking care of. Rimoun as a property manager is very professional, kind and helpful. He always understands our needs and quickly takes care of any issues. We had an emergency call on the holiday weekend, he responded fast and leaving all his plans behind he came himself and called for the plumber to solve our problem. Rimoun did a wonderful job as a property manager. Prompt response for any issues, that he took care of. As well as, very courteous when scheduling showings. Received our deposit back promptly (within state law guidelines). We have had a great experience so far as renters with Singleton Property Management! Any issues with the property are handled swiftly. Communication is great and we are treated with kindness and respect.
